- The Coupe was originally purchased in Melbourne off eBay for $4800, put on the Boat then driven to Hobart (literally) where it was essentially rebuilt during the next few seasons while competing in the State Championship Series racing.
- Originally powered by a naturally aspirated Nissan FJ20 engine, the car produced around 100rwkw that was increased to just over 130rwkw with the introduction of a Motec ECU. It ran this configuration for the next three seasons where, after a disastrous inaugural season, went on to win four Tasmanian State Championships.
- During the 2009 off season break the car was stripped & rebuilt for 2010 sporting a host of new upgrades including a Toyota Hilux rear end (disc to disc), aero aids as well a ground up built FJ20 turbo engine. The new engine produced 185rwkw at 12lb of boost in its first Round of racing before straining the standard FJ20 valve springs resulting in piston damage. After a refresh & further internal upgrades the engine is now running around 205rwkw at 13lb of boost.
